The United Nations Special Rapporteur on Palestinian Affairs emphasized the need to prohibit the dispatching of weapons to the Israeli regime and to force it to adhere to international laws.

Iran PressAmerica: Francesca Albanese, the United Nations special rapporteur on Palestinian affairs, said in a speech that the leadership of the Israeli regime and its soldiers distort the principles of international law to legitimize violence.

The UN Human Rights Rapporteur in the Occupied Palestinian Territories emphasized that the leaders of the Israeli regime and the soldiers of this regime distort and play with the principles of international law to justify their violence and aggression.

She said that Israeli leaders play with words such as human shields and safe zones.

Albaniz continued: "I called for a ban on the export of weapons to Israel and the imposition of economic sanctions against it."

The special rapporteur of the United Nations on Palestinian affairs also noted that the Israeli regime should be forced to adhere to international laws and the United Nations Charter.

He said that no measures have been taken against Israel for committing war crimes over the years.
