Tehran (IP) - Iran's fifth specialized laser and phonics exhibition was opened on Sunday at the permanent location of the Tehran International Exhibition, in the presence of the head of the Atomic Energy Organization.

Iran Press/Iran news: In this exhibition, which was launched by the National Center of Laser Science and Technology of Iran, Iran's latest achievements in the field of lasers, including the production line of coupled semiconductor lasers, the 3.5 kW disk laser for cutting non-ferrous metals, and the 2.5 kW fiber laser production line, were introduced.

A 3.5-kilowatt laser disk for cutting non-ferrous metals is one of the unique achievements produced by Iranian specialists.

The fifth specialized laser, photonic, and quantum exhibition, which was held at the same time as the twenty-fourth international industry exhibition, saw 35 active companies participate in the laser field, 16 of which are knowledge-based companies.

Also, during the opening ceremony of this exhibition, two cooperation agreements were signed between the Sadra Shipping Center and the Iran Tobacco Center with the National Science and Technology Center of Iran. 204
