Iran Press/Iran News: Lari in her daily briefing on the latest data on the coronavirus in the country and the deaths caused by the virus said that as of Thursday, 395,488 people in the country have been infected with the coronavirus, and 340,842 of the total infected people have recovered and discharged so far.
Sima Sadat added that from yesterday to 10th September 2063 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed, out of whom 1041 of the patients were hospitalized.
The spokeswoman said in the past 24 hours, 129 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, bringing the total deaths to 22,798.
3,728 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition.
"So far, around 3,483,727 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the health ministry spokeswoman noted.
According to the spokeswoman, the provinces of Tehran, Mazandaran, Gilan, Qom, Isfahan, Khorasan Razavi, East Azerbaijan, Kerman, North Khorasan, Semnan, Yazd, Zanjan, and Qazvin are regarded as red zones.
Also, the provinces of West Azerbaijan, Alborz, Fars, Lorestan, Hormozgan, Ardabil, Bushehr, Kermanshah, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, South Khorasan, Markazi, Ilam, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Golestan, and Khuzestan are on alert.
