Iran Press/ Iran news: According to the head of the Tehran Emergency Center, the incident left three people injured in the medical clinic.
Peyman Saberian said the incident took place in a medical clinic in the neighborhood of Shariati Street, probably caused by a gas capsule explosion.
Twenty-five people were at the scene at the time of the blast, he added. Nineteen people, including 15 women and four men, died.
Seven patients were treated at the scene and six were taken to Tajrish Martyrs Hospital.
