Tehran (IP) - The six Iranian presidential candidates in another part of the televised debate express their views on cultural and artistic products, and how they can contribute to this sector if chosen as president.

Iran PressIran news: Moustafa Pourmohammadi: Fortunately, our country, which is a cultural country, has witnessed many developments in various fields of art and culture.

One of our other issues is cultural justice, both for activists and consumers, both in terms of production and use, especially in the territory where this is very important and many parts of our country are culturally biased.

One of the discussions that is important in art is decentralization, of course, decentralization should be done in all sectors, but culture and art have a special requirement and the existing platforms in the country also offer extraordinary capacities.

Security must be established in the cultural field. I believe that we should aim for cultural security, which can create a platform for growth and improvement.

Mohamad Bagher Ghalibaf: First, he addressed the issue of virtual space and said: We need protection on the Internet, not restrictions

We must support domestic platforms unconditionally. The virtual space is everyone's living space, as Jalili mentioned, we want protection on the Internet, but not restrictions.

We must establish and strengthen business security. This requires a group in the council. Third, we are severely behind in content production; The infrastructure is being prepared now, but the government should support content production and give rewards in this field.

The greatest cultural capacities are in the capital and we must develop them in other cities and we must implement justice. One of our challenges is the challenge of cultural justice.

Masoud Pezeshkian: This year, 17 feature films that were screened in Cannes were either underground or foreign and did not obtain the necessary permits in Iran.

If we want to correct attitudes, we should start from school all know Asghar Farhadi, and what credit is given to him abroad.

For book reading, one of our problems is the high cost of books. If we can not increase the power of people to buy books, reading books will decrease. Of course, we have to start from school and design materials both individually and as a team and make methods for children to learn to read books from school time.

Definitely, the government should help the film and filmmakers of art and cinema to strengthen and the obstacles that exist in front of artists, workers and actors should be removed.

Let's not allow some of them to be banned from leaving the country or some of them to leave the country altogether.

Saeed Jalili: One of the achievements of our government is that it is full of cultural and artistic productions.

Today, fortunately, with the help of the Islamic revolution in the last 45 years, we have the technical infrastructure and human resources for valuable cultural productions. The enemy is trying with all his might to stop this issue.

As much as the US is trying not to get anywhere in the space and nuclear fields, it is trying the same in the artistic and cultural fields, these efforts are not against the revolution but against Iran.

I want to say that America wants to stop our progress by using soft power.

Amir Hossein Ghazizadeh: The government should play a leading role in the cultural field. The field of culture should be supported by governments. Today, Iranian culture is under attack; The Egyptians make a series like Hashashin and make our history the way they want. This is because of the lack of work in this field.

Great works should be supported; It is not good that works like Salman Farsi take years to prepare.

We have been able to bring the discourse of resistance to American universities; Can't we do the same thing about the Iranian culture and heritage?

Alireza Zakani:

I believe that active and supportive policy-making is the duty of the government, not the application of limited cultural taste that opposes cultural conditions and requirements. Culture will be lively.

He added that his government would support the people in cultural productions.

People's taste is completely clear, this is not how we define people's taste.

Artists' insurance and artists' support fund will be followed by the government.

Paying attention to the cultural infrastructure and social vitality and the field of film and cinema, animation, book reading, and property rights are many issues that must be carefully considered so that major work can be done in the cultural field.
