A Palestinian youth was martyred on Monday by Zionist forces in Southern West Bank.

Iran Press/Middle East: A Palestinian youth was martyred by Israeli troops fires near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the southern West Bank town on Monday morning, while Hebron source Alleged that he attempted to stab a soldier by a knife.

Zionist Occupation forces said in a statement that, the soldier and other forces at the scene, responded with live fire. 

Also, in Oct. 04, dozens of Palestinians were injured in Israeli occupation forces' attack in the district of Hebron (al-Khalil) in the Southern West Bank.

In recent months, there has been a sharp rise in raids conducted by Israeli security forces in the West Bank, with 520 Palestinians – including journalists – having been arrested in July alone. The arrests come as settlements are also currently being expanded in al-Khalil.

The Israeli army frequently carries out sweeping arrest campaigns across the occupied West Bank on the pretext of searching for "wanted" Palestinians.
