Several ISIS members have been killed by Syrian forces during army operations against terrorists in Sweida Province.

IranPress/Middle East: Syrian army continued to consolidate their spread and advance in all the lines in al-Safaa Hills areas in the eastern countryside of Sweida Province amidst fierce clashes with ISIS terrorists on the lines of Tal Ghanem, Um Marzakh, Qbr al-Sheikh Hussein and near the water pools.

SANA reporter said that the army units targeted the movements and fortifications of the terrorists, killing or injuring many of them and destroying their weapons.

The reporter pointed out that the army units had fixed their points in the restored areas and are advancing in a tactical manner that fits the rugged areas as they are dealing with the terrorist snipers spread there.

Meanwhile, a few days ago, Syrian army units strengthened their positions in the vicinity of al-Safa hills, responding with the appropriate weapons to any hostile attempt by terrorists to break the siege imposed on them.

Al-Safa hills is the last stronghold for the takfiri terrorist organization in Sweida province’s eastern badiya (desert).

Last month, SANA reporter in Sweida said that a terrorist suicide bomber blew himself up in the area of al-Souq in Sweida city, and as a result more than 150 citizens were martyred and 178 citizens were injured.
