Iran Press/Iran news: Brigadier General Kiumars Heidary said on Tuesday that in case of confronting enemies, Iran's Army would use totally domestic equipment, technics, and tactics.
"The army is prepared for giving a tough response to any avarice and stupid movement of the enemy no matter of scale through the ground, air, and water," the Iranian General said.
He stressed that Iran is capable of eliminating any aggressor enemy.
A senior Iranian commander of Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said that Iran prudently avoided war in the region, yet it was ready to inflict heavy costs on any aggressor enemy.
Major General Gholam Ali Rashid, an IRGC commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters, said Monday Iran would make its utmost to avoid a military conflict but that did not mean the country is not ready for one.
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Forces on June 20 shot down a US Navy RQ-4A Global Hawk drone moments after it intruded Iranian airspace in the Persian Gulf region to gather intelligence.
The IRGC Aerospace Forces shot down the intruder spy drone using an indigenous Khordad 3 surface-to-air missile system. 104/215
