The 152-bed Shahid Nabavi Trauma and Medical Emergency Centre (15 Azar) in Gorgan, Golestan province, was officially opened by president Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday.

Iran Press/ Iran news: At the ceremony that was held on Tuesday morning in Gorgan city following President Hassan Rouhani’s two-day visit to Golestan Province, the President was briefed by the managers on the construction and services of the medical Centre.

Rouhani also met and talked with the personnel and staff of Shahid Nabavi Trauma and Medical Emergency Centre in a cordial atmosphere and appreciated their hard work.

He also visited the patients who are hospitalized in this medical Centre.

The 152-bed Shahid Nabavi Trauma and Medical Emergency is the biggest Health Sector Evolution project in Golestan province which was completed and ready for operation in the shortest time from May 2017 to Jan. 2018 (Ordibehesht to Dey 1397).

Addressing a gathering of Shia and Sunni scholars in Golestan province was among the programs of the first day of President Rouhani in Golestan province.

Iranian President also attended a Press conference on Tuesday afternoon with the presence of local press and journalists of Golestan province.
