As the International Media Conference is on performing, director-general of IRIB met with Syria, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka radio and television directors, talking on development of media co-operation.

Iran News: According to an Iran Press News, Director-General of IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting), Abdulali Ali-Asgari on Tuesday, emphasized on the high capacity of IRIB, especially in the field of modern media technologies, citing that the national media (IRIB) would be able to broadcast their experiences to Syria, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka radio and television.

Ali-Asgari is also scheduled to meet with the director general of Iraqi radio and television.

The 15th International Media Technology Conference started on Monday with the presence of Deputy National Media, Seyed Ramezan Ali Mousavi, Vice President for Science and Technology, Sourena Sattari, assistant director general for Radio, Hamid Shahabadi, and other senior media executives of the country. 208/103
