The agreement between Iran and Austria on oil, training, investment in renewable energies was renewed, announced the deputy minister of oil for international affairs on Thursday.
With regards to the existing agreements between Iran's Ministry of Petroleum and Austria's Ministry of Energy and Sustainable Development about energy, the pact about petroleum, training and investment in renewable
energies was renewed,' wrote Amir-Hossein Zamani-nia in the government website.
Referring to the negotiations about oil, Zamani-nia wrote, 'The talks between Iran and OPEC chief started after
the last OPEC meeting and are still going on in Austria.'
'Austria considers the Caspian Sea littoral countries and Iran export natural gas to Europe; some negotiations
have taken place regarding the issue.'
Iran, Austria sign 4 agreements in health
The four documents were also signed in the venue of Iran's Embassy in Vienna in the presence of Iranian Minister of Health Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi.
The agreements are about controlling diabetes, diagnosing and treating cancer, recoding non-communicable diseases.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani headed a mission to Switzerland and Austria Monday and returned to the
country on Thursday morning.
