Araghchi: Iran Did Not Threaten to Close the Strait of Hormuz, Despite Our Capability

Cairo (IP) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, in an interview with an Egyptian media outlet, clarified that Iran has not threatened to close the strategic Strait of Hormuz, despite having the capability to do so.

Tehran (IP) - In a significant display of military capabilities, Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy has released new footage showcasing its surveillance of U.S. and allied naval vessels in the Persian Gulf. The video, which emerged recently, features detailed images of several key military assets, including a San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock (LPD) and a Wasp-class amphibious assault ship from the U.S. Navy, as well as the Spanish helicopter carrier Juan Carlos I.
