Iran Press/Iran news: National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) stated that the vessel is now safe and no injuries have been reported so far.
NIDC said no environmental damage was caused by the incident, Shana reported.
On Tuesday, the vessel, with 26 crew members aboard, was sailing in the Red Sea towards Suez Canal when its engine failed due to water leakage to the engine room.
24 of the crew members are Iranian and 2 are Bangladeshi. 105/201
