According to an Iran Press report, the eighth meeting of the central Arbaeen headquarters was held at the main building of the interior ministry in Tehran on Saturday afternoon, attended by Iran's ambassador to Baghdad, Masjidi, the heads of Iran's consulates in various Iraqi cities, and the head of Iran's Arbaeen headquarters, Hussein Zolfaghari, as well as various other senior officials from the interior ministry.
Hussein Zolfaghari, the head of Iran's Arbaeen headquarters, has stressed that holding of glorious Arbaeen mourning ceremonies provide a wonderful and exceptional opportunity for the nations and governments of both Iraq and Iran.
Zolfaghari went on to stress that the enemies of Iran and Iraq, the enemies of Islam, don't want to see a glorious and dignified Arbaeen mourning ceremony, and thus, he argued, it is important that we behave in a such a way that the enemy won't be able to find the opportunity to cause trouble inside Iraq.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Hussein Zolfaghari referred to preparations for the Arbaeen mourning ceremonies, and said it is not necessary for a visa stamp to actually have the word 'Arbaeen' on it, since you can tell from the date the Iraqi government issues the visa, that it is meant for Arbaeen.
