Iran Press/ Iran news: Hamid Reza Dehghani, Iranian Ambassador to Qatar, said about the importance of the Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iranian Foreign Minister's visit to the Arab country on the Persian Gulf: "Zarif's visit to Doha on Sunday in the framework of expanding and deepening bilateral relations with Qatar, is very important, especially after recent developments in the region and the world.
The Iranian ambassador to Qatar said: "For the Islamic Republic of Iran, relations with Qatar and the coastal countries of the Persian Gulf are very important."
On Sunday, the Iranian Foreign Minister headed a delegation to meet with Iraqi and Qatari officials.
Zarif's visit to Qatar and Iraq is part of the development of inter-regional, regional, and trans-regional talks.
The Iranian Foreign Minister will meet with high-ranking officials in both countries.
