Iran Press/West Asia: Brigadier General Yahya Saree stated three unprecedented military operations were carried out against the US destroyers as they intruded the Red Sea to reach the occupied territories of Palestine to aid the Israeli regime.
General Saree said that these operations were carried out jointly by the Yemeni Navy, Missile unit, and Drone unit forces, using 23 ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.
He said that the operations were carried out at the same time a missile operation targeted the depth of the Israeli-occupied territories in Tel Aviv and Ashkelon.
Earlier, the Yemeni army hit Tel Aviv with a ballistic missile.
Yemen has stated that as long as the Israeli or Israeli-bounded ships pass the Red Sea and beyond that to provide the Israeli regime with logistic aid against the people of Palestine, they will be hit.
