Iran Press/Iran News: Iran's health ministry spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour said in an answer to Iran Press question on the US policy in this critical time, that it is better World Health Organization (WHO) is not turned into a political field while before the US claim, many have said WHO is a US-affiliated.
He said: "We do not want WHO to turn into the political sphere and matter because it is not a political body."
"I say WHO is not a political body at all," the spokesman noted.
"Iran has run and continued its cooperation and ties with WHO as tightly as possible and it will," Jahanpour added.
"To combat and defeat the COVID-19 joint and common cooperation is required. If Trump and the US administration said such a thing, such a claim is against health and humanity," Kianoush Jahanpour stated.
