Iran Press/ Middle East: Leader of Iraq's National Wisdom Movement Ammar al-Hakim, on Friday during a speech in Baghdad said: "We call for a comprehensive and serious dialogue between the countries of the region, because our commonalities in history, geography, religion, and culture are much greater than the current political differences and crises.
Ammar al-Hakim added: "Our region has been suffering from instability for many years, and our nations can no longer tolerate the continuation of this erosive process and clashes. The rulers of the region must immediately decide to start a dialogue to reach a real project - one that guarantees the security and interests of all and is on the basis of mutual respect and common interests."
"We also expect the new US administration to have different views and plans on regional issues," he said.
"So, an immediate return to Iran's nuclear deal and the immediate lifting of sanctions on Iranian people will be essential for restoring security and stability in the region."
