The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has announced that the escalation of tension and conflict in Lebanon has led to an unprecedented surge in violence and the beginning of the largest wave of displacement in the country in recent decades.

Iran Press/ West Asia: The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has announced that the start of the school year in Lebanon has been postponed. This is due to 60% of Lebanese schools being turned into refugee camps because of Israeli aggressions in the south of the country.

This international organization added that 1.2 million Lebanese children and teenagers urgently need comprehensive and appropriate education.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that since the start of the Zionist regime's aggression against Lebanon, 2,350 Lebanese have been martyred.

According to the statistics announced by the Lebanese Ministry of Health, the attacks of the Israeli regime have left 10,906 wounded.

On the morning of Monday, September 23, the Israeli army launched a large-scale attack on various areas of southern Lebanon, which continues until this moment.

Lebanon's Hezbollah has not remained silent in the face of civilians being targeted in this country; the Lebanese resistance has carried out numerous operations against Israeli positions and settlements in the north of occupied Palestine, and during the past days and hours, by launching hundreds of rockets, it has rained rockets on the positions of the Zionists.
