Iran Press/ Europe: The Antonov-26 transport plane was carrying 28 crew and cadets crashed on Friday evening, killing at least 22 people, Ukraine's interior ministry said in a statement.
Rescue workers were on the scene, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said in a separate statement adding two seriously injured among the 24 passengers.
