The third meeting of the 3+3 South Caucasus Regional Cooperation Platform that had been kicked off in Istanbul, Turkey on Friday concluded, issuing a joint declaration calling for an immediate cease-fire in the Middle East and condemning violations of international law in Gaza and Lebanon.
