Iran Press/ Iran news: Commander of Iran Army Aviation, Second Brigadier General Yousef Ghorbani said that wherever we feel threatened in border areas of the country, Army Aviation will defend border areas.
According to Iran Press, addressing worshippers at the Friday prayers in Tehran, Ghorbani said that Mersad operation was a glorious classical operation which is considered as the last war operation in the eight-year-Iraqi-imposed war on Iran.
"Iranians Armed Forces are present in the Persian Gulf and Hormoz Strait and are prepared to respond to any hostility in any form," Iranian commander added.

He continued: "Trump's position to thank Iranian armed forces for not targeting the US spy plane and its passengers, indicates the abasement of global arrogance and the power of Iran's Armed Forces.
Emphasizing that Iran's Armed Forces have powerful presence in the Persian Gulf and Hormoz Strait, Ghorbani said: "The Islamic Republic of Iran and its Armed Forces are not seeking an invasion to any country, but our Armed Forces are highly prepared and Iran Army Aviation will design the war game, based on the existing threats."
