Jamaat-e-Islami leader Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman emphasized that Israel relies on the backing of the U.S. and Britain, and highlighted the complicity of silent Muslim nations. He warned that where the U.S. cannot attack directly, it manipulates local rulers to do so, noting Israel's ambitions to extend its territory beyond Palestine, aiming towards Syria, Iraq, and Medina.
He also pointed out the harsh winter conditions in Islamabad compared to the severe plight in Gaza, where families are in desperate need of food and medicine. Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman called for the formal recognition of Hamas in Pakistan and suggested that a conference of Islamic leaders and military commanders be held to coordinate a collective response to Israel's aggression.
The rally featured a special song in solidarity with Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen, followed by prayers for peace in those regions.
