The Anadolu news agency reported that Iran's missile attack on Israel had caused $53M in damage.

Iran's missile attack on Israel had wide coverage in the world media.

The American News Network 'CNN', published pictures of Iranian ballistic missiles hitting its targets and reported: "According to the Israeli army, Iran has fired 180 ballistic missiles against Israel."

The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, citing property tax data reported: "The Oct. 1 attack has caused estimated damage between 150 to 200 million shekels ($40 to $53 million)."

Also, the Anadolu news agency reported that Iran's missile attack on Israel had caused $53M in damage.

The news agency in its report said: "An Iranian missile attack on Israel has caused extensive damage worth around $53 million, according to Israeli media on Sunday. This was the largest damage caused by a single missile attack on Israel since the outbreak of the (Gaza) war on Oct. 7, 2023."

According to the newspaper, around 10 locations sustained damage in the Iranian missile attack, including several military bases. No injuries, however, were reported, except the death of a Palestinian near the West Bank city of Jericho after being hit by shrapnel from an interceptor missile.

Since the Israeli regime launched an all-out war on Gazan and then Lebanon on October 7, 2023, more than 42,000 people have been killed and nearly 100,000 others injured; more than 10,000 have disappeared and the rest are coping with famine and constant Israeli air raids. 

Israel has also carried out many deadly attacks on Lebanon and Syria, in which many innocent civilians have been killed and injured.
