Iran Press/ Iran news: Iran's Parliament open session kicked off with the agenda of electing the President of the Supreme Audit Court (SAC).
In his opening remarks on the occasion of the third anniversary of the assassination of Lt. General Qasem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps(IRGC), and Abu Mehdi Al-Muhandis, one of the leaders of the Iraqi Popular Forces, the Speaker of Iran's Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that Soleimani used to work to solve the problems of all not just a group of people."
He also worked hard for everyone's safety, Ghalibaf noted: "The movement of resistance got a new life with Soleimani's sacrifice and today it is a strong barrier against the malice of America and the Zionist regime."
Ghalibaf went on to say that Soleimani's initiative in solving people's problems and thwarting the enemy's conspiracies was one of his most outstanding characteristics.
