Iran Press/ Iran news: Dragan Todorović, the ambassador of Serbia to Iran, on Saturday, in a meeting with economic activists of Shiraz, the capital of the Fars province of Iran, drew the financial roadmap of the city through the investment and joint projects.
In the meeting, Todorović called for the tourism potential of Shiraz and said that he has looked at every corner of the city, emphasizing the beauty and attractions of the town, making the ground for excellent opportunities to attract tourists to Shiraz.
Serbian ambassador stressed the historical record of the Shiraz, calling it one of a kind in the world in terms of history, culture, and science, especially in medicine, where cooperation is highly probable soon between Iran and Serbia.
More than 14 significant investment opportunities in Shiraz were introduced in today's meeting between the Iranian and Serbian sides.
Alireza Eskandari, Chairman of the Economic and investment commission of Shiraz, for his part, said in the meeting that Shiraz had been a destination for health tourism, treatment, and recovery for tourists from many countries, especially the Arab countries.
Elsewhere, Eskandari, pointing to the city's capacities, noted, "we are ready to cooperate and participate with investors and economic activists, especially in Serbia, and we hope that bilateral relations and communications will be established and strengthened through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and Trade Office."
