The Minister underlined: The Supreme Cultural Council of the Document of the National Innovation System is being approved so that universities can make money through the knowledge-based economy, so in line with the knowledge-based economy, we should pay attention to the economics of research.
He emphasized the fundamental changes in the education field in order to meet the country's needs.
The Minister said that science production creates authority and prosperity, which is why investment in science is important.
