Iran Press/ Iran news: Saudi Arabia has formed a coalition of several Arab countries with the military and logistical assistance of the United States and the Zionist regime, orchestrating an all-out attack and laying an air, sea, and land siege on Yemen since 2015 to restore power to fugitive former president Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi.
The Yemeni Ambassador to Tehran, Ibrahim al-Dailami, stated that in recent weeks, Yemeni forces had made significant advancements in the provinces of Ma'rib, al-Bayda, and Shabwa, prompting the Saudis to intensify their attacks.
Noting that what ISIS did in Syria and Iraq is now being done by the Saudis and the UAE in Yemen, he pointed out that only the Islamic Republic of Iran loudly stressed the need to end the siege and aggression against Yemen.
He underlined that so far, a large number of women and children have been killed in attacks by Saudi coalition aggressors on Yemen while targeting civilians is unjustifiable, and the Saudi coalition's attack on innocent Yemeni people is intentional.
For the past seven years, Saudi Arabia has targeted and destroyed all of Yemen's infrastructure, including its medical and educational centers, by air and ground attacks.
