Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has confirmed that the Iranian Persepolis football club will play in the final of the 2020 Asian Champions League, and the second complaint of Al-Nasr of Saudi Arabia has also been rejected against the Iranian team.

Iran Press/Iran News: AFC website today published an article confirming that Persepolis is a finalist in the 2020 Asian Champions League, stating that the Iranian football team is waiting so its rival is identified among the East Asian teams.

The website of the Asian Football Confederation wrote in this regard: "Persepolis, as the representative of West Asia, has reached the final and is waiting to know its East Asian rival for the December 19th match that will be held in Doha."

AFC website further reports that Chinese, Japanese, and South Korean teams are the contenders for the AFC Champions League final.

However, after the defeat of Al-Nasr in the semi-final stage against Persepolis, the Saudi club complained against the Iranian team about the illegal use of players, which was rejected by AFC, but the Al-Nasr again filed a complaint against Persepolis.
