Tehran (IP) – A big Russian economic delegation consisting of 65 companies' representatives will come to Tehran tomorrow, the spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Industries and Mines announced.

Iran PressIran News: Omid Ghalibaf stated that 65 Russian companies of 100 people would embark on their negotiations in Tehran from Monday.

He noted that the Russian business people would stay in Tehran for three days, highlighting that the Iranian business people would hold a total of 750 meetings with representatives of Russian companies in Tehran.

Underlining Iran and Russia's resolve to develop trade ties, Ghalibaf said: "According to the announcement of the Russian Expo Center, more than 10 other large business delegations will travel to Iran until the end of this [Iranian] year."

The Iranian official pointed out that the Tehran Chamber of Commerce and members of chambers of commerce across Iran, as well as knowledge-based companies, would be in charge of negotiators with the Russian side.

In a meeting with President Ebrahim Raisi on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Uzbekistan on Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that managers of 85 big Russian companies would travel to Tehran.
