Iran Press/Europe: "If you do not intercept and accuse Iranian vessels and tankers worldwide of violating international law, the situation in the Persian Gulf will be calm and normal," said Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu on Monday in a meeting with French foreign and defense ministers Jean-Yves Le Drian and Florence Parly in Moscow, Iran Press reported.
"There have been talks about Iran and the Persian Gulf and according to our estimates, as long as the West is disturbing Iranian ships, the political situation will be unstable," Shoigu said after meeting with Russian and French foreign ministers and military officials at the end of the 2+2 meeting, adding: "The Persian Gulf will become a calm and normal place when the intervention and seizure of Iranian ships on false charges of violating international law stops around the world."
