Iran Press/Europe: According to the Iran Press news agency from Moscow, a spokesman for the Russian Special Security Service announced the arrest of the mastermind behind the assassination of General Igor Krylov, saying: The arrested person was recruited by the Ukrainian special services.
The head of the Russian Federal Security Service also said: The Ukrainian special services employees who were involved in organizing the assassination of General Krylov will be identified and punished.
The mastermind of the terrorist attack planted a powerful homemade bomb on an electric scooter and placed it near the entrance to Krylov's house.
The arrested person is a citizen of Uzbekistan and the Ukrainian special services had promised him a payment of $100,000.
