Iran Press/ Iran news: In its recent actions, the US The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced on Thursday that it had listed a network that has allegedly helped Iran evade US sanctions and sell its petrochemical products.
The Treasury Department has named two individuals and nine companies that claim to be part of a network evading sanctions against Iran.
Ebrahim Raisi, speaking at the Jamaran Husseiniyah (Imam Khomeini's residence), called for the sanctions to be lifted.
He also referred to the new US sanctions against Iran and said: "I am surprised that the Americans on the one hand say they are ready for negotiations and on the other hand add to the list of sanctions."
The Americans themselves have declared that the policy of maximum pressure has failed, which means that the Islamic Revolution is on the path to victory and progress. The United States is on track to decline and weakness, Raisi underscored.
"We need to make the country attractive enough to reverse migration and make those who have migrated regret it and return," Raisi said.
"We import food today; We shouldn't because we can get independence in this field by producing basic goods," note the president.
