At the inauguration ceremony of the Mega water supply project in Shiraz, Iranian President stated that his administration pursues water and electricity projects seriously as they are essential for the boom of production and infrastructure development.

Iran PressIran news: The President of Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, noting that water and electricity are seriously needed as infrastructures for production and development, said: "If water and electricity are not provided, people's lives will suffer and we will witness incomplete development. Water and electricity, at this administration are being followed seriously for the boom of production and infrastructure development."

According to Iran press, on Friday at the opening ceremony of Fars' water and waste water treatment projects, Ebrahim Raisi said: "Today in Shiraz city and Fars province, the great works done by the people in charge in the field of energy are put into operation offering new quality services to people.

Iran's president continued: "53 plans and projects in the field of water and electricity are among the services that have been carried out in this province in the last 2 years, and these projects were among thos top priorities of the province."

He added: "This amount of projects has been done, around the clock and with sincerity by engineers, contractors, users and people active in this field."

"If water and electricity are not provided, people's lives will suffer and we will not see development in a province like Fars, which is both an agricultural and tourism hub and can be very active in the field of mining." Raisi concluded. 219
