This concept envisages following tasks: strengthening of control over spending budgetary funds during procurement of goods and services for state needs and development of system that can prevent crimes related to money laundering.
It is expected that implementation of this concept will help bring Russia's anti-terrorism efforts to international standards, as well as obtain optimal institutional structure and regulatory support.
Control over implementation of this set of measures will be a part of the annual report of director of the Rosfinmonitoring, which will be presented to the Russian President.
