Despite Lebanese Prime Minister's plan for economic rescue, protests over the country's economic situation continued for a sixth consecutive day on Tuesday.

Iran PressMiddle East: Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Al-Hariri has put forward a plan to boost the country's economy, which includes proposals such as lowering the salaries of ministers and MPs and abolishing some taxes.

Most Lebanese parties are said to have agreed to the Saad Al-Hariri sweeping economic reforms, Iran Press reported.
