Middle East(IP): Opponents of the judicial changes bill of the Israeli prime minister's cabinet demonstrated in Tel Aviv and clashed with police forces.

Iran PressMiddle East: In the plan of Netanyahu's cabinet, known as "judicial law reform", which the residents of the occupied territories interpret as a constitutional coup, the powers of the judicial system of this regime will be reduced and the power and position of the executive and legislative branches in this regime will be strengthened.

According to Iran press citing the Palestinian Sama news agency, the Israeli police attacked the protesters of the judicial changes bill of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and threw Stun grenade  at them.

According to the media of the Zionist regime, three policemen were injured during the confrontation with the demonstrators, and a settler also fell from the top of a bridge during the pursuit of the police forces.

This demonstration was held while hundreds of thousands of people in occupied Palestine demonstrated for the 33rd week in a row against the cabinet of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and in protest against the judicial changes bill.

Protesters say that the judicial reform bill will deal a severe blow to the alleged democracy in the Zionist regime, because it limits the influence of the Supreme Court (the highest judicial body of the Zionist regime) on the process of approving basic laws and allows Knesset members to postpone its approvals.

The opposition faction believes the bill would allow the cabinet to dominate the committee that appoints judges.

Netanyahu claims that this plan will not affect the alleged democracy and its purpose is to restore the balance between  branches of powers (legislative, executive and judicial).
