Iran Press/ Iran news: The first symposium of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines was held on Monday evening, September 6, hosted by Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Economic Diplomacy and Director Generals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the meeting which was attended by the President of the Iran Chamber, the heads and members of the Joint Chambers of Commerce of Iran and neighboring countries, as well as some important countries as Iran's business partners, Amir-Abdollahian assessed the private sector as the driving force of relations among countries, and trade and economic circles as a contributing factor to the reliability of foreign policy and its underpinnings, and stressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' determination to support the role and involvement of the private sector in relations with countries.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs mentioned the provision of the coronavirus vaccine as one of the high priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and explained the measures of this ministry in accelerating the supply of vaccines required by Iran in recent days, and welcomed the cooperation of the private sector in this field.
