Persepolis football team lost the first match of the Asian Champions League to Al Nasr of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Al-Nasr won a match in Iran against the Persepolis team 2:0.

Iran's Presepolis suffered an early blow as experienced forward Mehdi Torabi had to be stretched off inside the opening 10 minutes following an injury, being replaced by Shahab Zahedi. 

The goals for the visitors were scored in the second half by Abdulrahman Gharib and Mohammed Qasim.

Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo spent 90 minutes on the field and was replaced in stoppage time.

Al Nassr’s next game sees them welcoming Istiklol to the King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, while Persepolis will look to make amends when they travel to Doha to face Al Duhail who had drawn 0-0 with Istiklol earlier on Tuesday. 219
