Iran Press/ Iran news: On October 26, 13 people, including two children, were martyred, and 30 pilgrims were injured in the ISIS terrorist attack on Shah Cherag, the sacred shrine of Hazrat Ahmad bin Musa (AS), in Shiraz, the capital of Fars Province, Iran.
The terrorist element injured in a clash with the security guards also was carried to hospital but died despite medical care.
Kazem Mousavi said on Sunday that after the indictments were issued and the case was sent to Shiraz Islamic Revolution Court, 5 ones involved in the terrorist incident will be summoned to the court for trial.
Mousavi said that the defendants were accused of spreading corruption on the Earth and actions against the national security of Iran.
The accused ones were arrested in different parts of Iran and all of the are nationals of one of the neighboring countries.
In December 2022, Kazem Mousavi reported that the indictment of the five main defendants of the tragic incident had been issued.
