Armenian Prime Minister and French President discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh in a phone call on Wednesday night.

Iran PressAsia: Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron had a telephone conversation. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia reports. 

The interlocutors discussed the existing humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the situation over the forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh.

The parties also touched on bilateral cooperation between Armenia and France.

According to the announcement of the Armenian government, more than 50,000 Armenians from the Nagorno-Karabakh region have entered Armenia. Meanwhile, representatives of the European Union, the Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia as well as France and Germany met in Brussels on Tuesday and discussed how to advance the process of normalizing relations between Baku and Yerevan. 219
