Iran Press/ Iran news: Israel’s military struck a yard at the al-Shifa Children Hospital complex, where thousands of displaced Palestinians are sheltering, Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra said on Friday.
Airstrikes on Al-Shifa Hospital caused casualties among displaced people and medical teams, an official said early Friday.
Also, The head of Al-Rantisi Hospital in Gaza said it was targeted in a direct attack, causing a fire to break out both inside and in the facility’s surroundings.
The head of Al-Shifa Hospital said that six Palestinians were killed in the Israeli attack on the vicinity of the hospital. Another attack targeted the maternity unit of the hospital, killing one Palestinian and wounding another.
Palestinian children, eternal nightmare for Zionists
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani condemned the Zionist regime's attack on Al-Nasr Children's Hospital in Gaza and said:
"From the very first days of birth, Palestinian children learn the alphabet of patience, courage, resistance and martyrdom for the cause of Palestine's freedom in the school of their mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters, and this has been the constant nightmare of the Zionists."
Kanani further emphasized: "Zionists think that if they slaughter all the children of Gaza, they will have killed the future fighters and Mujahidin of Palestine today in their cradles, while with God's permission, a mother will once again put her child in the water so that soon, the baseless government of the Zionist pharaohs will be destroyed.
In response to more than seven decades of occupation of Palestine more than ten years of siege of Gaza and the imprisonment and torture of thousands of Palestinians, the Islamic resistance movement Hamas started the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation on October 7th (15 Mehr).
This operation is considered one of the deadliest attacks against this regime; Hamas fighters penetrated the occupied territories through the border fences at several points, attacked villages, and killed or captured several Israeli soldiers.
Therefore, to compensate for its defeats against the resistance operations, the Zionist regime has repeatedly bombed different areas of the Gaza Strip since October 7th, as a result of which more than ten thousand Palestinians were martyred and at least 27 thousand others became injured.
