Iran Press/Asia: Issuing a statement on Wednesday, Pakistan's Navy Directorate General Public Relations said the country believed in lasting stability in the region and was determined to play a role and contribute to maritime security.
According to the statement, the Pakistani navy conveyed a message of peace and friendship on behalf of the people and government to the Iranian people and navy.
Recently, Iran and Pakistan navies held joint hybrid drills in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
