Iran Press/ Iran news: To commemorate Kashmir Solidarity Day, the Embassy of Pakistan in Tehran organized an event to express the support of the people and Government of Pakistan for the Kashmiri people.
A large number of media personalities and senior officers of the Embassy participated in the event.
In his remarks, the Ambassador of Pakistan in Tehran, Muhammad Mudassir Tipu, appreciated the Iranian leadership and civil society for their continued support of the Kashmir cause.
Also, a special prayer was held for the alleviation of the sufferings of innocent Kashmiris and their freedom from barbaric and illegal Indian rule.
Muhammad Mudassir Tipu in an interview with Iran Press highlighted the long-lasting Iran and Pakistan ties and urged to deepen it more than ever before. The Ambassador of Pakistan in Tehran also stressed that every year many Pakistanis visit Iran as tourists. He noted that nothing can make rifts between the two countries.
