Iran Press/ Asia: Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Hasan Khel area of Peshawar district on information about the presence of terrorists, 5 terrorists were killed in the action of the security personnel, 3 terrorists were injured while 25-year-old Captain Hussain Jahangir and 36-year-old Havaldar Shafiqullah were killed in the fierce exchange of fire.
According to ISPR (The Inter-Services Public Relations, which is the media and public relations wing of the Pakistan Armed Forces), the security forces detected the presence of terrorists.
Intelligence-based operation was conducted in the Hassan Khel area of Peshawar district on the information, during the operation, the security personnel effectively targeted the hideouts of the terrorists, as a result of which 5 terrorists were killed, while 3 terrorists were injured.
During the fierce exchange of fire, Captain Hussain Jahangir of Rahim Yar Khan and Havaldar Shafiqullah were martyred while fighting bravely. A sanitization operation was also conducted to eliminate any terrorists in the area.
