Iran Press/ Iran news: The inauguration ceremony of the oncology ward of Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS) building of Masih Daneshvari hospital was held in the presence of Ali Akbar Velayati, head of the hospital, Iraj Haririchi, deputy minister of health, and Alireza Zali, head of Tehran's Taskforce for Fighting Against Coronavirus on Tuesday, July 22.
While congratulating the days of the 10-day between the auspicious birth anniversary of Imam Reza (AS) and Hazrat Masoumeh (AS), Velayati said: "It is a great success that in these happy and auspicious days and in the presence of honorable professors, another step is taken to grow and promote the activities of this hospital to provide better and more services to the dear and noble people and the oncology department of Imam Hassan (AS) in Masih Dansehsvari hospital was inaugurated."
The head of Masih Daneshvari Hospital added: "Today, this hospital is known as a regional center and since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis, with all its strength and capacity, compassion and sacrifice of specialists, medical staff and all colleagues, it has been at the forefront of the fight against coronavirus."
