Iran Press/ Iran News: Manaf Hashemi said: 15,000 dollars for the gold medal, 6,000 dollars for the silver, and 3,000 dollars for the bronze have been considered.
Hashemi told reporters that the main awards of the winners will be given in an official ceremony in Iran.
The Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee said, for a strong presence in the Asian Games, the necessary financial assistance has been provided to the sports federations.
The official added that 30 sports majors have been introduced for the Asian Games, but the priority is to send athletes who have a chance to win medals.
He also said that, of course, the exact number of sports majors and the number of athletes to be sent will be informed in the coming days.
He emphasized that sending the Iranian delegation to the Asian Games is on the agenda.
The 19th Asian Games will be held in the fall of 2023 in Hangzhou, China.
