Iran Press / Middle East: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited Oman on Friday and discussed so- called peace initiatives in the Middle East with Omani leader Sultan Qaboos, Netanyahu’s office said after he returned home.
The rare visit by the Israeli Prime Minister to Oman — which was not publicized beforehand — comes days after Palestinian Authority Chief Mahmoud Abbas paid a three-day visit to Oman and also met Qaboos, Reuters reported.
