Iran Press/ Iran News: The Spokeswoman for the Iranian Ministry of Health Sima Sadat Lari said on Monday (August 17) that the total number of coronavirus cases in the country has reached 345,450.
Sima Sadat Lari said, with 165 new deaths in the past 24 hours, the death toll from the virus has reached 19,804.
Unfortunately, 2,247 new cases were diagnosed since yesterday, 1,255 of whom were hospitalized and the total number of COVID-19 patients reached 345,450, Lari said.
According to the spokeswoman, 3,773 patients are under severe conditions.
The spokeswoman also added that 2,887,938 coronavirus diagnostic tests have been conducted in Iran so far.
