Iran Press/ Asia: In his welcome note, Mr. Ehsan Khazaei the cultural attaché of Iran said that those who are claiming the rights of others are hurting more than two billion Muslims by insulting the Holy Quran.
In their address, the representatives of the religious minorities said,” Tonight all the major religions are standing together here under one roof to honor the Holy Quran and no religion can insult the Holy books of others, people who are involved in such cases don’t belong to any religion”.
Muslim scholars from different schools of thought also addressed the participants, they announced that for the dignity and honor of the Holy Quran, all the schools of thought have one stance and there is no tolerance for those who insult Islam, the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), his holy descendants and the Holy Quran.
The audience warmly welcomed the chief guest of the conference Ayat Ullah Ahmed Mubaleghi, who especially came from Iran to address the conference.
While addressing a mass audience, the honorable chief guest said that the Islamic world needs to be united for this holy cause.
In his speech, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan Reza Amiri Mughaddam said that such incidents are a violation of United Nations laws.
At the concluding moments of the event, all the participants, speakers, and guests from all walks of life passed the resolutions against the Desecration of the Holy Quran.
